Ordered this ink to use at work, as we print a lot for a "paperless" office. I was surprised and pleased how easily the printer recognizes the new ink cartridges. The chip means no confusion on the end of the printer, and accurate estimates on the remaining ink levels. Overall, a great product for the price.

Going with non-OEM toners always feels like you're rolling the dice. Yet the cost savings are substantial, especially when dealing with a 4-cartridge color laser setup.I rolled the dice, and these toners are excellent. I had a minor snafu with the chip swap.One of the 4 chips is not seated firmly in the end plate of the new cartridge. It worked, but I had concerns about the chip dropping. I called customer service, and they sent me a replacement right away at no charge.The chip fits the replacement end plate perfectly and my printer is good to go.I can't ask for more than that.

This toner cartridge worked perfectly and caused no problems with my m454dw printer. It's less than half the price of buying the toners through HP, so it's worth it. Highly recommended!

Everything works - no problems. These didn't track the remaining toner, but I never went by those system notifications anyway - I still do. waited until I started seeing problems with the actual printed documents - then I knew for sure that the toner was low and the cartridges needed to be replaced.
