The toner leaks and leaves spots on both sides of all my prints.

Every print I make has black spots on the left side of both front and back, and the cost savings are not worth this hassle. The images show the printer's cleaning sheets printed on both sides.

The toner cartridge has a leak.

I noticed toner blotches on my letter printouts, and the toner smeared on envelopes. HP OEM cartridges are pricier but never had these issues.

It didn't work as expected.

I replaced my printer's toner cartridge and it stopped working after six months. Total waste of money!
